After the 3/14 Update we realised that there were some Skill Rebalancing details that were not included in the Update Notice. We will now give you more information on the skills that have been rebalanced.
As mentioned in the Developer's Notes 9-4, we will be rebalancing the second class skills to avoid any issues following the addition of new skills after the Class Transfer. Also, following the addition of new Class attributes. We know that we caused a lot of confusion amongst our Heroes as these details were supposed to be given in the Update notice but were omitted. We sincerely apologize for the confusion that this caused. We will now give you more details on the skill rebalancing.
1. Mastery Skill Added
The Mastery Skill was acquired automatically after the first class transfer. Each of the mastery skills had a max level of level 1. The added mastery skills will definitely make hunting monsters much easier.

There was a lot of discussion regarding the Dwarf Class' Guardian skills rebalancing. Here are more details on it.
In the case of the passive skill for the Guardian Class, Lucky Dexterity, we rebalanced it such that it can reset the cooltime for all skills. However, there was a rebalancing issue where the cooltime for even rare skills could be reset to 15seconds. As a result, we had to rebalance the other class' skills as well. Rebalancing for this skill has been made as follows;
Previous: 15 seconds cooltime
New: Previously reset skill's cooltime (Minimum of 15s)
New: Previously reset skill's cooltime (Minimum of 15s)
In order to strengthen the Guardian's role as a Tanker, we have increased the value of the Passive Skill, Righteous Fury and increased the damage dealt to monsters. We have also increased the skill effects of the active skills Earthquake and Thrust.
We regret not giving our Heroes sufficient information regarding the skill rebalancing. To express our depest apologies, we will be giving out the following rewards to all our users.
